Product Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Prepaid postage labels are available via email to sales@stopsthesting.com. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that customers outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
